Terms and Conditions
Your reservation will be secured upon our receipt of a deposit (refundable) equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay, sent to us by postal order, bank transfer or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
Our Cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Cancellations made up to 41 days before your stay will incur NO FEE. We will return the deposit;
2. Cancellations from 40 days to 29 days before your stay incur a penalty of 10% of the total amount equal to 1 / 3 of deposit. We will return the remaining 2 / 3 of the deposit;
3. Cancellations made within 28 days of your stay will incur a penalty of 30% on the total amount, which is equal to the deposit paid.
