Hotel services:

• Breakfast: a buffet with croissants and fresh pastries, biscuits, cereals, fruit juices, fresh bread, homemade jams, fresh fruit, yogurt, meats and cheeses; espresso, cappuccino, etc..
   
• Light lunch: a selection of starters and a main course, can be arranged daily

• Dinner, served in the dining room or outside in the courtyard: a selection of three appetizers, first course of pasta, main course with side dish and dessert.  It is a fixed menu, which offers fish twice a week, but changes can be agreed on request.  The traditional Puglian cuisine,  provides selections of local dishes with fresh vegetables, salads and quality ingredients and .are always served with the excellent extra virgin olive oil we produce.
